More grunge and more fun
Hi guys,
Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Blogs and slowly even Snapchat are full with posts about a heathy Lifestyle. About raw, clean or vegan food, gym exercises and smoothies. Its not new anymore, it started a few years ago and is still on all channels. But what was before that? It seems like everybody ate unhealthy and never did any sport before their "journey", but if we take a closer look most of them already did it before.
I remember the 90`s fitness VHS my mom had but never used, the supermodels of that time showing exercises and tricks how the get healthy. For real? Nothing changed. We just have other channels now, its easier to communicate and stay in touch but in general the things happening on socail media at the moment are nothing else than an easier accessable form of the videos in the 90`s.
I tried it all. Got myself a smoothie maker and used it for a couple of weeks, since then its just there to mix my rasperrys before I put them on a yoghurt. Purchased Kaylas BBG and did it for 7 weeks, everybody told me it would be fun after a while. Not true, I hated it as much as I did on the first day when I stopped. When I moved out of my parents home I bought tons of vegetrables and fruits, just to end up throwing them away because I had no time to eat them before they expired.
In the end? We should all listen to our body and do what feels right. Some of us will have a hard time losing, other ones to gain weight. 50 years ago nobody thought that cigarettes would be that dangerous, so who knows whats wrong with all the "healthy" things we do today.
As long as it feels right, go for it.
I`m a vegetarian since my 6th birthday, when I have time I go horse riding or do yoga. I love chocolate, cheese and rasperrys.
Whats wrong with that? Nothing. Even if it may doesn`t fit into a current trend.
