I`m alone but I`m not lonely

Hi guys,

When you travel alone, like to do things by yourself and enjoy being on your own, people often think you`re lonely. There is the type that always needs someone by their side, couldn`t imagine living in a flat without any roommates or to go to lunch alone.

And there is me.

The type who loves the independence of being on your own, without someone else you have to care about. Who would never quit an event, a trip or a dream just because nobody wants to join them.

None of them is lonely.

Even when your on your own, it doesn`t mean that you won`t met new people who will give you experience and inspiration. Actually, its the opposite. If you always see your life as yours, do what you want, I feel like you get the chance to meet faces you would have never talked to if you already would have been with someone else. To know and enjoy yourself in a way you wouldn`t even had the time to discover always being around other ones.

If you reach the highest level of happiness on your own, it will be at least as good when your surrounded by people. And it won`t disappear when they are gone.

We are alone
But we're not lonely
No, It's nothing personal
We prefer to do things on our own
And even though nobody knows it
No we're not lonely
